1. Product status
Recalia is currently in pre-release preparation. Technical plans, models and planned features may change; only functionality actually available in a released build is current service.
2. User content
Users retain their rights in lawfully controlled imported content and are responsible for having the rights needed to import and process it. Recalia may not be used to infringe copyright, privacy, trade-secret or other rights.
3. AI output
AI output can be incomplete or wrong and depends on retrieval evidence, context scope, model capability, and device constraints. High-impact legal, financial, medical, safety, or similar decisions should be verified against original sources and qualified human judgment.
4. Third-party AI and custom APIs
When users explicitly enable third-party models or custom APIs, those services have their own terms, pricing, availability, quotas, and privacy practices.
5. Subscriptions
If subscriptions are offered, plan limits, supported devices, price and renewal terms are shown in the app and applicable store. Cancellation, refund and restore behavior follows store rules.
6. Device-dependent local AI
Different devices may use different local models and runtime strategies. Speed, memory usage, heat, and output quality can differ by hardware.
