Current status
Recalia is not publicly released yet and the automated web deletion API is not enabled. This is the permanent official deletion URL; an online verified deletion flow must be connected before public store release.
Deletion requests during testing
If you already have an authorized Recalia test account, email [email protected] from the registered address with the subject “Delete Recalia account”. Identity verification may be required.
- Do not send passwords, verification codes, API keys, or private documents.
Deletion scope
Deletion should cover the Recalia account and deletable server-side account data, sync data, device associations, and configuration. Local files, local indexes, and local model data remain under device control and can be removed from the app/device.
Third-party services
Deleting a Recalia account does not automatically delete data held by a third-party AI provider that the user explicitly chose. Those providers have their own deletion and retention rules.
